Yet another out-patient appointment at RVI and still the same quality of care even though it was a very busy clinic. The inevitable wait at the pharmacy was no problem - the staff are always unfailingly bright and optimistic and the patient can always have refreshments whilst waiting. I would suggest you commend your staff, they certainly have a good attitude and it shows!
