The waitstaff hospital ever there was bits out blood in the waiting room the staff are under qualified and very very rude. I’d rather stay at home and die than go in to the worst hospital in the country. Everyone who works there should be ashamed of themselves for how badly they treat people
This was the first time I have ever been to The Royal and I must say I was very impressed. Both times I was seen promptly and wasn't in the department too long and hardly any waiting time in between seeing various clinicians..... I couldn't praise this department highly enough, very efficient, courteous, friendly and above all professional... well done RLUH
No improvement needed! I was treated with the upmost respect and care!! Lovely nurses doctors and professors! Thank-you!
The only bug bear is phoning for/changing appointments . The sheer amount of time and cost is unacceptable.
I came to St Paul's Eye Clinic after receiving bad treatment from Arrowe Park Hospital. I am pleased to tell you that the care l received from all the nurses and doctors was excellent. I am now better after 5 months of treatment. Thank you

Members of my family have received treatment at St Pauls Eye Hospital over many years and we owe the staff a great deal of thanks for their skill, professionalism and caring nature.
The existing hospital building is rather tired and the staff work well around the issues.
It will be great when the new building is in operation.
Good luck to all the staff.
The care and treatment I receive from this hospital is amazing. I have never left this hospital annoyed or frustated by my care or lack of it. Appointments may run late but patients are always made aware of this by the staff. The Reception is always a busy area but runs very smoothly. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I am very happy knowing that I am being treated by some of the best Consultants as patients come from all over to be treated by the best.

The majority of the nursing staff were beyond reproach. Showing both skill and care in their dealings with patients. Only on one occasion did the care I received fall below that which was acceptable. An occasion where I, as the patent, had to insist on the correct procedure being used. The nurse in question lacked adequate training and I refused to co-operate. We, as patients, are in vulnerable enough circumstances without the added stress of having to monitor the actions of those in whose care we are placed and, indeed having to argue with them.
