Long waiting time for simple blood test and port flush. The nurse failed to successfully access my port after 3 attempts, which was painful and caused me a lot of stress and anxiety.

Better training on ports and only having those used to accessing them doing port accessing. Otherwise, multiple failed attempts give patients a really stressful experience which can really impact how they feel and their experience of treatment
