What was good:
Everything from beginning to end - Julie so caring, kind and considerate. Has a way of making you feel that you are a special someone! Who also needs to be cared for and are not just the carer.
Thank you so much.
What could be improved.

The support and care I and my husband have received has been excellent. Kindness and compassion from everyone. It's made a huge difference to my capacity to care for my husband, I think I may well have unravelled without Rowcroft supporting me! My husband benefits so much from knowing that he can access help for pain management and that really is of huge significance and contributes to his well being.
We both feel so supported through this difficult and challenging time.
i only wish that Rowcroft could receive the funding which would recognise the extraordinary service provided. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your expertise and outstanding dedication.

Both the community and inpatient team took the time to listen, understand and support patients and their families. Every staff and volunteer member of the team were exceptional in their roles.
We felt total confidence with the team which was very important as the very need to be in Rowcroft is stressful. A fantastic operation in all aspects. The hospice deserves as much support as possible. Thank you.
