First of all, there is nothing that I could possibly think of for improvement. In every aspect of the care I have had in the time I have been in Rowcroft for that could make my stay any better, from volunteers to cleaners, nurses, Drs, support workers, the treatment I have had has been amazing, so amazing that it made me feel sad to have to go home.
Thank you to everyone involved with my care. Will miss you all. When I do go home I will do my hardest to raise money for the wonderful Rowcroft. Yours gratefully.

Attentive ward/volunteer staff.
No request too much trouble.
Food varied menu!
Help with personal hygiene tasks.
Not a lot to improve care but any injection of finance is always welcome.

All the care and kindness given was exceptional. I thank everyone who looked after me with all my heart. It is a wonderful place to be in every sense and I am most grateful. My family and my husband feel the same and I am so fortunate to be cared for in such a wonderful place.

On behalf of myself (daughter) and my father (patient).
There 24/7 care here at Rowcroft is excellent, very attentive nurses and doctors and very kind. I (daughter) found all the staff very caring and helpful to both myself and my dad. I felt very welcomed which is very important as I have been here every day visiting. We both feel everyone here is so caring and helpful and supportive from the nurses, the doctors, the volunteers and the support worker with both physical and mental support.
