My husband has been offered plenty of support from his community team nurse, she couldn't have been kinder or more helpful if she tried for both of us.
Jo the OT also went out of her way to get all the equipment in for my husband so he could be mobile for as long as possible.

Excellent care, not sure if anything could improve it.
When the bell is pressed response is as quick as other duties would allow.

Our care was fantastic and we looked forward to the visit of Sue Lees.

More attention was paid to me as an individual.
I did not feel invisible or too much trouble.
On admission, care was taken to make me as comfortable as possible.

The staff was instinctively aware of my needs.
The ambience would benefit from addressing noise levels within the hospice.
