I have received care from Row Croft as both an in patient and when I transferred to a care center. The care and feeling that I was being looked after by staff from Torque community and also the limited contact with Row Croft has been excellent. I really felt that I was being looked after in a way that was best for me. As an in patient at the hospice in Torque I could not wish for a more devoted team than those working with Dr George. Again I felt that I was involved in decision about my care and was receiving the care most appropriate to me. Dr George is a wonderful caring professional who always has her patients well being in the fore front of her mind.

The food well thought out and pretty good, great kindness throughout by nurses and all staff and plenty of humor. Most needs were met, can't think of anything to be improved in and out. So over and out.

I think the care was very good, it allows you to progress through a journey that can make you more moe positive about yourself and give you a direction that allows you to move forward

Friendliness, this was so important to myself. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Lis delivered profession therapy to meet my needs. At no time did I feel rushed. I was able to talk especially if I'd had a bed week, this certainly made me feel better. On my first visit I left walking on air and Liz had continued to take care of me. Thank you.

The support from the Row croft hospice was timely and very welcome, as we had limited support from the N.H.S and had struggled on our own for many months, the support given by Row Croft helped with matters at home, getting benefits sorted to help with care and provided equipment to make life easier. As a patient, I found the emotional support invaluable, along with information about my care and treatment. I would be lost without their continued support.

I cannot fault the treatment that I have received from the staff here. Polite, attentive and considerate. All that remained was for me to say a big thank you to everyone.

Care was outstanding. Couldn't ask for more. Nothing was too much trouble and the surrounding is very pleasant, flat for walking. Very good.
