The member of staff made me feel very relaxed and was extremely caring. She listened to all my worries and anxieties and made me feel a whole lot more content within myself. It has been so beneficial for me. I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and support through what has been and continues to be, a very hard time.

I don't think anything could be improved on. The staff are very caring and kind and considerate. They are helpful in everything that you do. They will help you in any way they can if asked. They will sit and listen to you if you have a problem, or are upset. They are never too busy to spare some time with you to talk or help you in anyway possible.

At all times my care was given with dignity and my privacy maintained. Liz always explained the contents of the oils and balms that she used and gave me a choice in how I could be treated. How do you improve on perfection?

I am a full time carer, as soon as I flagged up a need for support, it was provided. Immediate assessment were carried out, with a lot of thought was gone into the best way forward for the comfort of the patient and support for me.
Never found all staff warm, friendly and professional. They have put my mind at rest as they are confident in the various services they are providing.
Well done, for the smooth operation you are running.

Everybody from the doctors/nurses/tea/coffee ladies/gents made me feel welcome and important to them every time I was with them.
I can be difficult at times as I like to be fully independent and they took this into consideration.

Everyone is very caring and considerate and individual likes and dislikes are listened to as much as possible. This patient liked a quiet environment and looking at the lovely gardens.
The staff made it possible for her to have hambed in the visitors lounge whenever she wanted this.
Relatives are kept well informed.
Pain is very well controlled.
The visitors lounge is a great space for relatives and friends to take time at.
