The information on appointment I could get and Sophie my palliative care nurse arranged to get the equipment I needed. Without her help I would have been lost. Therefore I don't think anything could be improved regarding ym care.

Care, compassion, understanding warmth- have left me feeling very supported and helped to keep me calm.

Received 2 visits from 2 members from Rowcroft and they were very direct and kind, explained everything to me and offered various items to make my life easier. Appreciated everything and can't thank them enough. Yours sincerely.
