My complimentary therapy care is wonderful. Cara Jacques who gives me reflexology helps me to relax and cope with the troubles which are in my head. I look forward to her visits as she not only calms my body and mind but brings care through communication. She understands my needs and is quietly determined to alleviate my anxieties. I hope that she is able to continue her visits as she is gradually strengthening my outlook and will to carry on, now that I have lost my husband.
My husband always looked forward to her visits, as I do now and greatly appreciated her care which cannot be improved.
You ask ‘did you get great care today?’ Yes – not only today but on every visit.

Liz is an angel. Not only is she a really skilled therapist - her listening technique is incredible and she always knows how to respond in a way that makes you feel that she totally understands the situation.
Can she be cloned?

As soon as my initial diagnosis, the take up and care by rowcroft has been first class, making one feel wanted and human again.
At this moment of time I cannot pinpoint any improvement to my care.

Since being introduced to Rowcroft and from the first personal contact. I have received excellent information and care from all the members of staff I have had the pleasure of meeting or communicated with.
How to improve an already excellent care service team. For me I cannot see any changes required as for every situation we have encountered has been a positive outcome due to the intervention of Rowcroft staff.

The OT support and equipment provision was excellent.
It was also in a timely maner so when needed the equipment was on site ready for use.
All equipment was of a high quality.
The on going external nurse supporrt has been invaluable.
