Relaxing and lovely company.
Because I feel safe.
Music therapy and physical therapies were really supportive and helpful. More advice on alternative treatments for cancer would be very useful.
Staff out helpful and courteous, always willing to assist.

This review is about visiting the hospice. What a awful experience, some of the staff are rude , no compassion what so ever, nobody was singing from the same hymn sheet we were told all different things , by six different members of staff, we were all told off like naughty school children, absolute disgraceful the way we were all treated today, its bad enough saying goodbye to loved ones ......without the members of staff making us feel like were a liability.
Thank you for your feedback, I am so sorry that your experience was not what we would have hoped for. We would really value the opportunity to speak with you as we are always looking to improve our services. If you would like to speak with us please contact me on 01803 210844 or by email, katie.sturch@rowcrofthospice.org.uk. Thank you, Katie Sturch, PA & Quality Assurance Officer.
The standard of care has been outstanding emotional as well as medical support has been paramonist. I feel as if I have had a loveless holidays!
I was consultant about every aspect of my care - especially concerning the possible future, concerning my daughter's involvement.
