Excellent Liz is fast to talk to and says I am responsive and explains what she is picking up in and is 100% correct. I am the patient the whole experience interesting and always look forward to her next visit.

Care was empathetic explained anything I asked and was gentle. She could be quiet with me. The treatment made me feel better and decreased the fluid.

The treatments with Julie have enabled me to cope at a difficult time in my life, finding balance, care, compassion, and thoughtful touch in human nature again when I felt lost.
Suggested improvements
Everything surpassed my expectations. Overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity and experience. Would love to have acupuncture for pain relief if the service became available in the future.

As caring for someone terminally ill, I never find time for my self very often, so this treatment was most welcome as it made me sit and re-laze, which is something that makes a lot of difference to my daily life. Thank you so much.

I would have it again in a few months. Even if I pay or gave a donation.

I was so relaxed while I was here all staff we there to ad you and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect place to come to, so that you feel better. Best nursing staff ever all of them. 10/10

Do not think there is anything you could do better. The care you receive while here to 100% brilliant could not be better.
