A very careing staff. Always a pleasure to see all staff. They always listen and I have had excellent care in the past 10 years. I am grateful.

Care was lovely at all times but sometimes its nice to have a chat on the phone about problems not always relying on the breast care nurses.

I felt I wasn't talked down to or patronised. Everything was explained fully to me, I only have good experience at Rocroft.
