The visits have come just at the right time, relaxing and grounding when so much stress and a lot of things going on a round us.

All the staff are kind and compassionate to my situation and help whenever they can.
Suggested improvements
My only issue is sadly the noise at night in my ward . There are some patients who break very loudly at night. Maybe 'ear-plugs' could be provided to help sleep.

Thank you for the reflexology I received from his she was attentive, considerate and kind.
Her experience with Grief was so helpful at a very difficult time.
