The care and advice I have been given has been quite superb. The carers suggestions tot he district nurses have resulted in immediate action on their part. Knowing I can always contact the appropriate nurse and get prompt action is a great comfort.

Staff are always very helpful and take the time to listen to what you have to say - always cheerful on the phone or in person - it makes a big difference.
