Friendly faces from the time you walk into reception till the time you leave. Nothing is too much trouble - every question answered - even plenty of parking! The staff know their stuff!

I cannot explain enough about my fear when told that I would have to come into Rowcraft. Since I being here my attitude has changed and I cannot thank all the staff enough for all their kindness and wonderful care. The cleanliness and the food are second to non. This is one place I will never fear about again. Thank you.

Excellent care for many years, Only downside: rang to speak to Sam about arm problem from Kuala Lumpur and was kept on phone about 25 mins while the receptionist decided whether I could have a quick word with Sam or not, I did in the end but it was an expensive phone call!

I love the new reception and being greeted when you aime. the only constant thought is always the delay when waiting for your appointment there never anyone here but we always start late!
