Everything about my care was excellent, nothing was any trouble. Nurses are very caring, you have great garden to sit in and it is very peaceful, excellent food there is nothing that could be improved.

The people who treated me more, efficient, professional and friendly. I was seen on time. I felt they knew what they were doing. Improvement. More machines for the treatment of lymphoid so that treatment could be more often.

The nurses take plenty of time over your care. But sadly its very difficult to get an appointment if you have problems. You have to wait a long time for your hosiery and you aren't provided with enough sets.

Excellent service from the beginning to the calling to see me and keeping in touch weekly treatment if and when needed. Being able to ring bar advice anytime. No further improvements required by me.

1. Individual needs taken into account to an amazing level which made the care reach a very high standard. Thank you. In my own case there were several examples of this which reassured my anxieties and also had the knock on effect of reducing pain levels. 2. Wonderful caring staff who really, really cared looking after each person's physical and emotional needs. 3. Doctors in when I could trust totally. 4. Kitchen staff and chef providing special care with loving care! All reception staff etc house keepers. 5. Everything was perfect. Volunteers etc!
