Being treated at home.
An invaluable service for which I am very grateful.
Specialised nurses- giving vidance and knowledge . Always have time for you, been attennins for a long time and care and treatment has never waivered. :-).
We couldn't have wished for better care and support. All staff were so professional and kind. Your service which she so desperately wanted to do. The support you gave to me and my family at this difficult time was invaluable. We could not have coped without you.
Thank you.
The attension you need and some one to listen to they make you feel very relaxed.
The way everything was explained before the treatment started.
How each visit is monitored and how the results are explained wether something is working or not.
I don't know how it (the service) can be improved as I think its very good now.
My appointment was re-arranged twice so that I finally had my doplar more than 3 months late.
I felt that the person making the appointment was unsympathetic.
Although at other times the nurse that treated me have been brilliant.
It is only a shame that they change so frequently.
The genuine caring of all the staff, nothing is too much trouble.
Everything is good. Can't think of any improvement except Rachel is so busy it is had had to get appointments with her out do the usual. The setting of the clinic is super, it makes me so special to come up here and all the volunteer gardeners are to thank for so beautiful all the year round. The lady on reception is so welcoming, and the service about my lymphodema and how to manage it.
