We never felt isolated or detached from your help although there were considerable physical distances involved ( we live in a small hamlet on Dattmoer). Your nurses were caring, kind and supportive and obviously experts in palliative care. I particularly appreciated the care given to the body after death; washing, dressing, shaving etc and the manner in which this was accomplished.

Very courteous, friendly and professional. I was offered various typed of treatment for my breast lymphadema. Care and a smile was offered as seen as I entered reception.

When left waiting in reception, after the appointment time, it would be useful if someone could give feedback on wait times. Apologies not always given for the wait!! Good to have treatment options explained. Need more staff in lymphoedema clinics to reduce wait times between appointments.

The care is excellent. The only problem was when I was referred to general practice for ongoing care, and was refused a service. This caused a delay, but I am happy to received care at the Rowcroft clinic.
