I have no complaints what so ever with all my nursing and medical care, it has been excellent and in such beautiful surroundings.
Staff have always been compassionate, caring, kind and respectful.

This was the first visit from the nurse who visited today. She was very kind and respectful and listened well to my full case history to date.
My physical and emotional support are good.
So it was a case of getting to know me today and have me on the records for future times. I am undergoing chemotherapy at present but expect to be in remission after treatment for 18 months- 2 years (average patient) it was agreed between the nurse and myself that as my support is good I will be responsible for getting in touch as and when extra support is needed.

Nurses really nice and caring.
The only problem was when called at 9.30 pm they took 1/2 hr when they said they would be 1/4 hr and my husband died struggling at the end did not have the driver in place when it should have come, so very traumatic for him and me.
He took last breath.

1)All the nurses are nice, but it's a pity I've had 3 assigned to me since Augusts!
2)Prod (the reflexology therapists) gives very freely/generously of his time.
3)Impressed with the rapidity of the service by the OT.
