When Karen came into our home, she met us when we were low and worried about the progress of Tony's Prostrate Cancer. We did not know how to cope and what was available in our situation. With Karen's help and advice, urinary products were explained and we were shown what to order. These have regained his dignity, his outlook on life has changed for the good and he is now looking forward to his future special life. Karen is kind and understanding, we look forward to her visits.

Everything - nurses doctors, cleaners catering staff were all excellent. I could not find fault with anyone or anything. I was amazed at the level of care, some 5 star hotels. Would be pushed to achieve this level of care. Noting was to much trouble. What's not broke don't try to fix it!! Just keep going. Thank you.

The staff treated my mum with such kindness, respect and dignity. Her care has been of the highest standard. This care has also been afforded to our whole family. Being kept informed is so important and we always were. The volunteer team with their lovely smiles and endless cups of tea also need to be thanked. Thank you.

The care and attention towards the patients is excellent. All the staff are very kind and informative. I have felt very safe and respected at Rowcroft. I would recommend anyone who has terminal illness, to attend the marvellous institution.
