Friends, who have been volunteers working in Rowcroft, told me what a lovely place it was to stay in, I was pleased to be offered a stay for treatment. I found all the staff very caring, whatever job they were doing, with time to stop and help. The food was beautifully presented and very good to eat. The grounds are a wonderful place to relax in and sit with the family. If I needed medical attention, it soul be a joy and comfort to come back.

Mark was looked after from the minute he was admitted . The team looked after Mark and his family. He was checked on a regular basis throughout the day and night. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We all appreciated the time given by all members of the team. Mark was very sad to have left as he felt safe, secure and observed.

Everything was very good about my care and Tracy Hammond was very good in explaining to me and very caring person. I can't see where it can be improved.
I can only say "Keep the good work that you people do as you are doing now.

Wonderful kind and considerate staff in all areas with their care for patient and their family members and friends.
We could not with to have out loved one in a more peaceful and caring environment.

The care was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
