I was centered on me and my needs and so helpful. Improvement :- More options for appointment times, as sometime hard to lift in around work.

My care has improved a very supportive framework and is very reassuring. Plus the opportunity to be in contact with help at any time. The attention I have received has been great. I cannot think of anything that could be improved.

Your staff are always kind and very understanding. They have time to chat and to listen. As to improving I guess there is always room for change. Sorry writing not good today, but carry in your good work.

Efficient but relaxed care. V.. friendly and reassuring. Take amazing effect to make some hos-hey little etc earnest. Sometimes early appointments run late least our worries.

Care received over the many years at the lymphoedema clinic has been outstanding - Only since transferring to GP services has it been a problem - and only worked out with help from the clinic. When last seen a year ago the service was as good as ever and I fully expect it will be today.
