Free treatment.

My care was excellent thank you. Just a practical note - the lighting was poor in my room and I could have done with a stronger side light or ceiling light. (Bathroom light great).

The care has been excellent and the staff are great. Medical and nursing staff are honest in answering questions asked by my dad as well as his relatives. Staff are timely in answering call bells and with pain relief. Sometimes if can be a little noisy with chattering at night.

This is our second experience, as a family, using Rowcroft. We cannot speak highly enough of all staff and the level of care, understanding and compassion which are offered. Not just to patients, but family as well. We have adopted Rowcroft as our family charity and will continue to do so.
Thank you so much to one and all for helping us through our darkest times.

The care provided by Rowcroft is excellent and after the loss of my very special mother I appreciate the support you are providing in giving me the opportunity to take out to deal with my deep loss through counselling service and to be able to relax through the therapies with Sue. Thank you so much.
