The care I received was excellent. Liz is kind, patient, very sympathetic and the treatment she gives is amazing. I have never felt so relaxed and at peace, troubles seem to drift away for that moment in time. Nothing could be improved.

Excellence.
Consultant Dr. George was very professional and easing.
Staff very kind and thoughtful.
Facilities and surroundings are perfect, calm and relaxing.
Hospice was clean.

To come to a beautiful setting, be treated gently and feel relaxed. The treatments relieve pain and stress for myself and partner.

Since first being diagnosed as being terminally ill I have been under the care of the Rowcroft team, each and everyone of whom I have met and interacted with has displayed levels of empathy and kindness which have made the road on this journey to the place beyond time, smooth, flat and straight. Not just for me but also for my family and it is a great comfort to know the will still be there long after I have died providing this level of support.
The Rowcroft team could only be improved by giving each and every one of them the "Superhero" cape they so thoroughly deserve.

Both Monica and Louise are totally caring and very professional in the way they conduct themselves. Everything is always explained in a way that is easy to understand. They are a credit to their profession.
