Everything is excellent. Staff very courteous and caring. Information is very clear to the patient (and their family). You don't have to wait long for support and help. The environment at the hospice is caring, clean, well managed and nicely decorated (lovely surroundings).

The staff are wonderful - caring and professional. I felt incredibly nurtured by the treatments and surroundings. I cannot think of anything that could be improved.
