I would like to comment on the following: Although I was made welcome on arrival, I was not shown around and had to discover staff for myself - when using the Willow ward bathroom I found it difficult to read the instructions - thus I did not find the hot and cold adjustments and burned myself over the first two days. I hope this is a constructive comment and would like to complement everyone on the care given at this marvelous facility. How fortunate we are to have you.

Thank you for your comment. We would like to apologise for any distress caused by you not being shown around. We were not aware you had burned yourself. Following your feedback we will enlarge the instructions in the bathroom and remind staff to inform mobile patients how to use the facilities. Kind regards, Gill
