Cara was amazing and I felt very comfortable with her and able to talk and discuss things I cannot with my family for fear of upsetting them about my Mum - their grandmother. Only only point was that I didn't realise it was only 3 sessions and could of done with more as thought it was for as long as Mum is ill.
