I thank Julie so much for her kindness, understanding, her professionalism and her help. She has helped with advice not only for my respiratory problem but also my physical needs, which she not only made suggestions and give advice but was able to advise me on aids which she also acquired for me which has improved certain aspects of daily living and enabling me to be as independent as is possible. I found her easy to talk to and could contact her when it was necessary. This lady could not improve what she already does. Thank you so much.
