I was initially unsure how the team could help. Since they made contact I have received support by home visits, meeting at row colt and by telephone. The nurse and receptionist are friendly and able to answer queue and/or offer advice answer as liaising with my GP on my behalf. It is also reassuring to have tel nos to use out or hour and on bank holidays.
