Firstly the welcome when I was first introduced to Liz, she was instantly friendly, and made me feel at ease. We talked and she asked me questions allowing me to take my time. I never feel rushed or just another client and believe the whole experience is of great benefit to me. From the surrounding, staffing and therapies this has made a difference to me and my healing process after losing my husband.
