My mum's at home palliative care by sue and Claire was second to none. Without them and their respective colleagues my mum would have had a very different death. Their end of life care was without question much needed. A service I nevet knew existed. Without rowcroft l dread to imagine how I would have coped.. Or indeed how much discomfort and pain mum's last couple of days. God bless you all
