Our elderly mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in July 2014. Her wish was to remain at home for the duration of her illness, and to be independent for as long as possible. Despite living alone, the Rowcroft team enabled her to do this. When her health deteriorated markedly, Rowcroft were on call to provide immediate help and support not only for her, but the family. They were a calm, kind, capable and professional presence at an extremely sad time, and ensured our mother's passing was peaceful and dignified, precisely what she hoped and wished for.
