From initial phone call and through visit, Vernon Davs was kind, respectful and understanding. He was very informative and we { } a lot during his visit. He praised in bed treatment that ended me to thoroughly take part and enjoy Xmas, making a massive difference to not just me but my family.

Under the circumstances, I cannot fault the service. I only wish I had been a bit more receptive to it earlier I genuinely do believe Vernan made my Christmas very special.
