Honestly with compassion, staffing team from doctors, nurses, care staff, supporting services, cleaning- high standard, friendly. Volunteers, young and older, friendly professional. Day room, great place for family and friendly to take a break from tense situations. No judgments regarding smoking, pets, take-away, being less formal than hospital made the tragic experiences, less tragic. Great services all round including kitchen/meals.
