Clear explanation of service and its aims. I was made to feel very comfortable and to ask any questions that I needed too. Useful to be aware of areas of my feet that were sensitive eg bladder/hydration which enabled me to be aware and review how much I was drinking per day. This will enhance areas of my health which often take second place when dealing with a loved one with cancer. Also took into account that due to my family circumstances I was stressed. This showed up in the reflexology session by sensitive areas on my feet Thank you rowcroft for providing this service. Often in these situations close family members are not cared for. It was lovely to be able to have some 'me time'
