Very helpful staff.
It would be nice if the waiting time wasn't so long.
My appointment with the physiotherapists have been first rate. Welcoming, pleasant, attentive, empathy. Main problem is the looking system which is so restrictive that it has resulted in delays to my treatment. Having to ring up to see if there are any cancellations on a weekly basis I feel is unacceptable. I feel like Oliver asking for more, and the look on some of the receptionist faces dreading you asking for an appointment!

James (physio) was amazing, respectful of my situation and suggested practical solutions to get me back to full activity.
All staff friendly and considerate.
Everybody was very friendly and very efficient.
Customer care commitment was 100% full marks.

Why not have some big hospital direction signs on the main road into Morecambe, there is only a sign saying "Health Center" not the same as a hospital!
Spent 15 mins driving round trying to find it!
