Care was excellent. Appointment system needs review. Inspite of surging and leaving a message on an answer machine. I received a letter of none accordance. I think the system needs changing.

Everyone was very kind and understanding, unfortunately the flexible Cystoscopy has to be repeated as the camera was faulty.

The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. Not sure of her name but she was Scottish.
