I rang up to tell, the receptionist I could not make an appointment due to illness.
I was passed from pillar to post on the phone, when I did get a phone number I tried for 3 hours and it was constantly engaged, I had to ring Nina the ward at R.L.I she said would inform them, all was not fair please make sure some one answer the phone, that they are paid to do.
