The reception staff, the Dr & the nurses I met were kind & considerate, and I was able to follow what was going to happen following the Dr's diagnosis of my problem. With living in Morecambe, I would like to attend any & all of my/our hospital appointments at QVH..it would cut out stressful driving to Lancaster to the RLI, and the parking nightmare when we get there. I'm unable to provide any constructive suggestions on how things could improve at QVH, as far as I'm concerned, my appointment went like a dream & didn't need improvement. Thanks to all concerned
