at all times and on every occasion the OT Team and all staff have shown a caring approach to my well being which is a credit to the good name of pilgrims hospices

it is difficult to improve upon perfection! since being incapacitated with advanced cancer the Pilgrims have been a "godsend" to me, since my lovely wife has been diagnosed with cancer also they have been to the most wonderful people in support both her and i through a very very hard time. God Bless you all

not able to get feedback from mum, the patient has been asleep on last 3 visits- staff have always appeared to be caring, attentive and empathetic, this has been completed from our perspective

the staff treated me very well with respect. My questions very answered as best they could. The pain relief was excellent & i felt i was in a safe environment. i would definitely like to come again if necessary.

My Mum is well looked after and all staff are friendly, personable and attentive.

covid procedure + restrictions do not seem to make sense- not being allowed to go to the toilet or have a drink whilst visiting have not been explained sensibly
