As the carer for my wife who is not able to fill in questionaires, i am happy and so grateful for the extremely excellent care given by the nurses. they are so compassionate and have such an abundance of nursing skills.

My experience shows that I would have to spend days looking for ways to improve the service. I really think you have reached the pinnacle of excellence.

All aspectscovered as designated by the course title. The environment was kind & friendly.

Position computer so presenter looks at that and not the screen so maintaining 'eye' contact at all times meditations - needs to be reduced in 'words' allowing people to 'think' their thoughts.
