I felt very grateful for the quick and invaluable support Pilgrims provided me. Monique was truly amazing, I credit the way I am feeling to the support I had at the first stage of my grief.

My only recommendation would be to follow up with closer family members after the patient has passed. I know in my family, there are a few people who would have benefited from this service If it was perhaps advertised better.

Difficult to answer as patient life controlled by drugs. Wash patients hair! '*' for Point Number 3 on front page stating "(No calls to husband no involvement - discussion - communication) Staff given wrong tel number by QEQM hospital"
