All the carers I have met so far have been amazing . completely understood mums needs. The first time meeting, mum was being very sick I was overwhelmed. You instinctively jumped in to help me & I felt so supported, It was like receiving a massive hug just when i felt like giving up. Thank you x
It was our first interaction with Pilgrims Hospice & frankly i didn't know what to expect.
DR Thorn was brilliant. I cannot praise him too highly. He answered many difficult questions with ease and clarity. All cancer patients should have a DR Thorn on hand

Extremely difficult for counsellor to fully understand my position as a wife with a husband with terminal prostate cancer, but still reasonably well supported sometimes repetitive, perhaps of necessity.
Amazing service from start to finish
I am blind so can't see charts also partly deaf and physio had a quietish voice. Luckily my wife could explain most of missed bits.
