I was hesitant to use the service at first as I had never had to before, But I found it relieving, interactive and very beneficial to me personally. I also like that my lady walked out with me so it didn't feel an official appointment.

No changes that I have thought of.

They are friendly informative and always asking do you require anything, basically from top to bottom of all staff they genuinelly care.

Staff friendly and caring. additional staff employed to give 24/7 care/watch which is excellent.

medication for UTI could have been administered sooner. daughter had to request/insist on call doctor to attend & attend to prescribe rather than wait until the following morning
