The clinician was anxious to treat me in the context of my whole condition, not just the pain problem for which I was referred

I was surprised that reception was not expecting me, although I turned up at the correct time for my appointment she did not seem to know what to do with me, but other staff stepped in to help

staff very friendly, more than happy to help. Brought a very calming atmosphere to the hospice. Catering staff lovely. Very helpful trying to find something suitable. Thank you for the wonderful care I have received.

From the start of my treatment I was treated with respect, kindness and warmth. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. 5 star all the way.
