The access to dedicated staff who respond quickly to any needs and questions asked provides an atmosphere of safety. However I would like more regular contact with Doctors.

Louise was kind, warm, thoughtful and constructive. She created a space of respite and understanding away from the very intense pressure I've been living under.
Suggested improvements
Louise made one very jarring comment about the NHS being under pressure because of 'so many people coming to this country', which was quite shocking. I failed to address it in the moment and it's sat uncomfortably with me since.

I was allowed to talk freely - When I went home I felt relaxed. I was listened to and my negative thoughts almost disappeared. My counsellor was excellent.
Suggested improvements
Perhaps another 2 sessions - although I understand that there ae probably many people who require counselling.
