A quiet, pervading atmosphere of competence, caring and professionalism, is evident everywhere.
Help and advice is always readily available by staff and volunteers manifest and pride and determination in their calling.
All in all a comforting and confidence building experience which I am unable to fault.
Fixtures fittings and equipment are to a high standard.

I have literally been overwhelmed with the most beautiful of staff. Every member of staff are gentle, caring, reassuring, supportive, loving at this very sad time- showing utmost compassion to all of us as a family. Freely offering their support at any time of day. I felt guilty they have reassured me that I have done thoughtful thing and I truly believe I have with all the support and reassurance we have had. I know his in the best place he could be.

Everybody is very attentive and considerate, nothing is too much trouble.
The'food' is good quality and if you the price of admission is illness than we couldn't be in a better place.
