I am a patient's daughter - I took dad and mum to a meeting and while waiting for them I met a volunteer called Helen who was very reassuring, kind and empathetic. I found talking to her very very helpful and all of the staff I met that day were lovely. Thank you all. As a carer (wife) had it not been for the hospice staff I would not have been able to cope. Knowing that there is somebody at the end of the phone is so reassuring - many thanks especially to Peter.

Patient had wonderful care. He was comfortable and relaxed as pain control was so closely monitored and attend to suit his needs. We had really happy family times here together all being made most welcome. In the days he was here I was able to stay and in the east days all the family stayed the night nothing was too much trouble.

All the staff are wonderful, caring in every way. They made my husband feel safe comfortably and at peace. He could not have been in a better place. Nothing could be improved, it is perfect. Thank you for all your help.

Beautiful calm atmosphere and kind and friendly staff. Also really beautiful surroundings and facilities and services. Mum especially loved the Jacuzzi and the foot massage.

Everyone is so pleased to help you even if you only need someone talked to. Everybody is so kind and friendly, there is no anything that they will not help with.

The patient has been treated with dignity, respect and kindness throughout her stay, as have the rest of the family. Her care has been totally holistic and every effort has been made by everyone at the hospice to make mum's life meaningful and special. Every person we have encountered has gone above and beyond what can reasonably be expected and have allowed us to all make precious memories that we will treasure forever.
