From the moment I came in they looked after me. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Every kindness and thought is natural. The place is peaceful and quiet and I feel that a weight has been lifted from me. They monitor you closely and the doctors are very thorough. Nothing I could improve on at this moment in time.

Caring staff/politeness.
Quality of food.
Constant observations and feeling safe/looked after.
Negatives:
Doctors attending without medical history.
Promised a physio but never attending.

Excellent attention, from the moment I arrived. Careful explanation regarding the way forward and how my condition would be managed. Nothing too much trouble from any of the staff.

As always fantastic care by well looked after. They took after me 24/7. Nothing is too much trouble. They make me feel safe. They have given me more confidence.
